All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid, unexpired driver's license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a "Young Driver" daily surcharge. International visitors must provide a valid passport and, if applicable, an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Trini's Rental Heaven provides standard third-party liability insurance. However, the renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the specified excess amount unless a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is purchased at the time of booking. Damage to tires, windshields, and the interior is typically not covered by standard CDW.
A valid credit card in the name of the primary driver is required for the security deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a one-day rental fee charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
Vehicles must remain on paved roads at all times. Off-roading, racing, or using the vehicle for commercial delivery services is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the vehicle will result in a professional cleaning fee of $250. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel as provided at pickup.
